We’re excited for you to join us on an adventure! Whether you purchased a 2, 4, or 10-pack of passes, our step-by-step guide below will walk you through the process of redeeming them.

Head over to our tickets page & pick the ticket for your next big adventure.

Select the date and time when you want your epic journey to begin.

Click on ‘Use Pass’ and log in or create a new account. Easy peasy!

Once logged in, choose the pass you want to use. So close!

Finish the checkout process. Boom, done!

Don’t forget to fill out your waiver!

FAQ’s

Q: Can I redeem my passes in person?
A:
Yes! Just check in at our on-site ticket booth. Please note: this method is subject to availability, and you may not get the exact session you want.

Q: Can I redeem more than one pass at a time?
A:
Yes! You will need to add each ticket individually to your cart, ensuring the quantity associated with each ticket using a pass is one.

Q: Do I have to redeem all of my passes at the same time?
A: No!

Q: Can I use my passes for other people?
A:
Yes, if you are purchasing them through your account. However, the additional person will need to complete a waiver.

Q: When do my passes expire?
A:
All passes are valid for one season only and will expire at the end of the season you bought them for.

Q. Why don’t I see my passes in my account?
A.
Make sure you are using the same account (or email for new accounts) you used to purchase the passes. If the passes are still not showing up, please call our team.
